Ivonn Aranui is the creative force behind Ivonn Bridal Couture, with over 15 years of experience in custom couture and bridal alterations. Raised in Aotearoa and of Ngāti Kahungunu and Ngāti Kere descent, Ivonn’s designs are deeply rooted in whakapapa and inspired by the landscapes, stories, and sacred traditions of her people.
After a successful career in Australia’s bridal industry, Ivonn returned home with a vision: to create a space where wāhine Māori—and all women—could see themselves reflected in high fashion. Every gown is an offering of beauty, heritage, and modern elegance. Her work celebrates culture while honouring the individual, weaving contemporary silhouettes with timeless symbolism.
Through Ivonn Bridal Couture, she is building more than a brand—she is creating taonga for the next generation.
